As Customer Success Manager, Ernesto dealt with all kinds of customer concerns. On 1 January 2024, he officially switched to sales at OneStop Pro. He explains his motivations in a brief interview.

Ernesto, why did you decide to take on a new position?

“I have been involved in the development of OneStop Pro since March 2018 – almost since the beginning. Customer support has always given me great pleasure. It’s time for me to leave my comfort zone again, which is why I was looking for a new challenge. I already have experience in sales, as I worked in construction machinery and attachment sales at the Beutlhauser Group, the mother company of OneStop Pro, from 2011 to 2014. I really liked that back then because I simply enjoy working with people.”

What characterises OneStop Pro as an employer?

“The special thing about OneStop Pro is the colleagues and the positive dynamic. Every single team member gives their maximum. I experienced this again during my induction in Sales with our Sales Director Jan Knott, which started in November 2023 and was very intensive. Since then, I have already been able to achieve initial successes for OneStop Pro. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to develop personally at OneStop Pro.”
